The vegan leather pant that went viral on TikTok and landed in nearly every influencer’s closet—even in the middle of a pandemic.

In Fall 2019, pants were underperforming and fit feedback was overwhelmingly negative. With deadlines looming, we were heavily invested in a faux-leather pant that wasn’t ready for the next season. I was brought in at the eleventh hour to resolve the fit issues, with only one round of approvals available. I delivered a corrected, approved fit on time, and the pant went on to become a top seller for both the Wilfred brand and the company overall. It expanded into a full line with multiple leg shapes, Tall/Regular/Petite lengths, and a wide seasonal color range.

The pant earned a glowing Refinery29 review and became a consistent performer on the brand’s IG through influencer content.
